The second step was to start the exercises, since I was more than half way to achieving my goal, this was more fun than I thought. I started off slow and increased as my fitness levels got better. I now exercise three days a week using mainly the exercises in Mike's book, I also do a little strength training like pull ups and tricep extensions just to boost my muscular strength. I have been doing so for only two months and have had great results, I have not got a six pack stomach as yet, but my stomach is flat and I am so confident that it is only a matter of short time since all the hard work has been achieved to get rid of the bulge I once called a stomach.
Wow rachel your reply really struck home with me, not per say about me just knowing that there are certain people that do not encourage positive change in life, or would frown on it and not want good changes for there loved guess it is easier for certain people to stay stuck in there current beliefs and mind sets than to embrace positive changes, and that is very sad but one thing that I have learned on my journey is that we do this for us not for anyone else but takes the same amount of energy to be a positive person as it does to be negitive…..I choose to be positive…It feels better, Best to you in your life change, Peace, Love & Light to you, Holly🌹
Here’s the kicker, though: out of all the movie theaters MoviePass subscribers currently have access to, only 6% of them offered e-ticketing anyway . So, blocking e-tickets is only making a very small number smaller. MoviePass users can still walk up to almost any theater and swipe their card for a free flick every day. However, if MoviePass users use the service as advertised—meaning seeing several movies a week—the company stands to lose a lot of money. Money they were hoping to recoup by negotiating deals with movie studios and theater operators once they, hopefully, prove they can increase attendance and show off all the fancy data they’re collecting . At this point in time, studios and theaters don’t seem to be too pleased with this new approach for moviegoers, so we’ll have to see how it all shakes out.
